- Except where permitted by applicable law or with appropriate authorization, we do not provide users’ health information to third parties.
7. Processing of Blood Pressure Monitor Images
- When you use the automatic recognition feature, we may process images that you provide.
- To provide automatic recognition, images or information necessary for recognition may be transmitted to third-party cloud or AI services used by us.
- We process such images only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with the applicable retention practices described in this Policy.
- You must not upload images containing another person’s personal information in a manner that violates that person’s rights.
8. AI Services
- The Service may use AI technologies provided by us or third-party AI service providers.
- Where necessary to provide AI features, information entered by you, health information, measurement data, or other relevant information may be transmitted to AI service providers.
- Where appropriate, we may remove, modify, anonymize, pseudonymize, or otherwise de-identify information before transmitting it to an AI service provider.

- We do not guarantee that any information provided or generated by the Service is always accurate, complete, current, medically appropriate, or suitable for a particular individual.
- You should not rely solely on information provided by the Service when making important medical decisions.
- If you experience unusually high or low blood pressure, severe discomfort, acute symptoms, or any other condition that may require medical attention, you should promptly consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
- The automatic recognition function may produce incorrect or incomplete results due to image quality, lighting, device display conditions, camera angle, device characteristics, or other factors. Users should verify important measurement results against the original blood pressure monitor display.
23. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services.
The privacy practices of such third parties are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or services of third parties.
24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- We may modify this Policy due to changes in applicable laws, changes to the Service, business requirements, or other reasonable circumstances.
- For material changes, we will notify users through in-app notifications, our website, email, or other appropriate means and will indicate the effective date of the changes.
- Where applicable law requires user consent, we will obtain such consent through an appropriate method.
